Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup: full refund of the amount paid.
• Cancel less than 48 hours before pickup: one rental day is charged and the rest of the amount paid is refunded.
• No-show: one rental day is charged and the remainder of the amount paid is refunded.
• Cruise bookings where the ship’s port call is cancelled: full refund of the amount paid.
• Refunds go back to the original card; your bank may take several business days to show them.

The $250 security authorization is separate from the rental charge and is released separately. Contact us if your cruise port call has been cancelled.
