Deposit & Payment Policy

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit is held as a pre-authorization and is used to cover possible damages, late returns, fuel shortages, traffic violations, cleaning fees, or other charges related to the rental.

A refundable security deposit of $250 applies to every vehicle. It is held as a card pre-authorization, not charged, and is separate from the rental total.

The deposit is not a charge unless there are additional costs after the vehicle is returned. Once the vehicle is returned and inspected, the deposit hold will be released if there are no outstanding charges or damages. The release time may depend on the customer’s bank or card provider.

The $250 security authorization is placed separately on your card at checkout. It is not a rental charge and is not included in the rental total or rental deposit. The card holder must be present and may be required to provide identification for verification purposes.

At checkout, pay the rental in full or pay a deposit equal to one rental day, capped at the rental total. The remaining rental balance is due before vehicle pickup. The $250 security hold is separate from both payment options.

Customers are responsible for any costs incurred during the rental period, including but not limited to toll charges, parking fines, traffic violations, vehicle recovery costs, excess mileage fees, smoking-related cleaning charges, and any damages not covered by insurance.

If additional charges exceed the amount of the security deposit, the customer authorizes the company to charge the remaining balance using the payment method provided at the time of booking or vehicle collection.

In the event of an accident, damage claim, or pending traffic violation, the security deposit may be retained for a longer period until the matter is fully investigated and all related costs have been determined.

By confirming a reservation and accepting the vehicle, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this Deposit & Payment Policy.
